Your gaadi has completed another 10,000 km—congratulations, bhai! Now it's time for the routine service. But what exactly should the mechanics do during this service? Don't just hand over the keys blindly. Here is the complete checklist of what needs to be checked, cleaned, and replaced.
1. Engine Oil and Filter Replacement
This is the core of the service. Worn engine oil loses its lubricating properties and is filled with carbon soot. Replacing it with the correct grade oil protects your pistons and cylinder walls.
The oil filter must be replaced at every single oil change. A dirty oil filter will quickly pollute the fresh engine oil, making the change useless. We use premium OES oil filters to ensure clean oil flow.
2. Air & Cabin Filter Maintenance
The air filter cleans the air entering the engine, and the cabin filter (AC filter) cleans the air you breathe. In Gota's dusty environment, these filters get choked quickly.

3. Brakes and Underbody Inspection
Brake pads must be removed, cleaned with brake cleaner spray, and sand-papered to restore their grip. We check the brake pad thickness and inspect the disc rotors for lines or warps.
We also top up the brake fluid, windshield washer, and engine coolant. Shailesh Prajapati recommends a complete underbody nut-and-bolt tightening to eliminate road rattles.
